Each year, End Hunger Network hosts an evening of dining that includes some of
Houston's finest cuisine. Chefs from the city's best restaurants each prepare a course, resulting in a meal unlike any you could experience at any single restaurant. Held at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, all proceeds from the event benefit End Hunger Network's hunger-relief programs.

The 2006 Chefs’ Dinner was held on Wednesday, April 19 at 6:30
pm in the Forest Ballroom of The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.
This year’s event was co-chaired by the dynamic sister duo of
Mimi Del Grande and Candice Schiller. Highlights of the evening
included a delectable entrée of bison tenderloin layered with
foie gras and portabello mushrooms prepared by Charles Carroll
and Robert Del Grande’s fantastically creative chocolate
cobbler. Chefs Mark Cox, Jason Gould, Scott Tycer and Jeffrey
Everts produced equally sumptuous courses to round out one of
the best five course dinner events yet.

Three hundred fifty people attended
the 2006 dinner, raising a total of $192,000
for End Hunger Network's hunger-relief programs.
