End Hunger Network
and
America’s Second Harvest – The Nation’s Food Bank Network depend
on the generous donations from individuals, groups, and
corporations to pursue our mission of creating a hunger-free
America. Every year, End Hunger Network
distributes approximately 4.3 million pounds
of food and grocery products to families and individuals in need
of assistance in the greater Houston area.
Philanthropy
can take many forms. It can come from individuals, groups,
corporations or organizations. It can be a one-time donation, a
monthly commitment, a bequest. Organizations can give grants or
organize workplace food or fund drives. There are countless ways
that Americans contribute each year to making this country a
better place. End Hunger Network is a
thoughtful and responsible recipient of
many philanthropic donations every
year, each dollar of which is integral to our mission: ending
hunger in the greater Houston area.
